Use

In dermatology and cosmetics both the horseradish root and leaves are used. It is used under the form of tincture, horseradish vinegar or hydroalcoholic extract.

In addition to the use in the food industry, horseradish is also an optimal medicine, being used in the treatment of renal diseases, rheumatism, bronchitis, tooth conditions (periodontal disease), heart diseases, joint inflammations, sinusitis, intestinal parasites.
